An unusual 1830's mahogany washstand with turned legs and a drawer. From a house in the south of Paris.
Lifting the upper part reveals a dressing mirror and white marble top which has been cut to accommodate zinc compartments (which can be lifted out) which would have been filled with beauty products.
A very charming piece in very good condition.
