A striking 1970's standard lamp, made by Maison Fournier and named 'Southern Hemisphere'.
The light alabaster style shade has carved designs of countries in the Southern Hemisphere, including South America, South Africa and islands, possibly Oceanic.
It has a gilded wrought iron tripod central stem supporting the bowl-shaped shade.
The maker's stamp can be found on the alabaster base. Sourced from Bourges, Central France. Price includes re-wiring to British Safety Standards.
