Pair of tiered side tables with drawers

Pair of side tables, or nightstands dating around the 1940s.

They are deeper than they are wide, each has a single drawer at the top, rounded columns, and lower storage shelves.

They have short galleried tops and are made from a fruitwood, there are beautiful tonal differences in the timbers used.

We sourced these in a town called Troyes in Burgundy, France.
