18th century upholstered carver chair

£350.00

A rare little carver armchair c.1750 retaining (later) coral velvet upholstery, which, while not super clean, is clean enough to live with.

The chair was bought in the Paris flea market 15+ years ago and has only now made it on to the website.

Some historic woodworm to one leg, which has been treated and is not structurally significant.

The walnut frame is beautifully worn and faded. Would make a great kitchen corner chair.
