Wonderful and hard to find 1860’s armchair retaining its original black velvet, needlepoint panels, handmade buttons and fringing. In remarkably good condition. 

The expertly executed close buttoning wraps over the seat edge, the back is high and supportive and the seat springs are in excellent order.

The chair stands on mahogany cabriole legs and is very comfortable.
