A stunning fruitwood marriage wardrobe, traditionally gifted to store a bride's household linens. It has a carved heart and '1844' on the cornice.
Wonderfully rustic, it has the original hinges and a large wooden latch at the top to hold the door in place. Internally has been lined in a blue patterned fabric, and there is a hanging rail.
We have strengthened the structure and added a small glass knob, which was missing.
