Leather backgammon board

Beautiful backgammon board which folds to resemble bound library books when not in use.

There are signs of wear to the leather, which has raised spine bands (which are stamped 'EL Martin Histoire de France') and gilded details along the edges.

The backgammon board itself is in great usable condition, and is a rich burgundy colour with alternating black triangles. A really lovely item.
