Late 19th/early 20th century tall jardiniere with a rounded top for holding plants.
This is a beautiful and well preserved piece with ormolu mounts in a stylised horse head design on the tops of the three legs.
The basin at the top has a marquetry inlay and the plant stand sits on cabriole legs which also have their decorative metal fittings present.
We sourced this in a pottery village called La Borne in the Loire Valley.
