At over 200 years old, this is a superb sideboard and is in mostly original condition other than a grey speckled marble top which we have paired with it.
The sideboard was painted a dark green colour which has mostly been scraped back leaving a handsome patina behind. The paint remnants sit nicely in the fluted recesses.
Internally there is a central diving shelf, and is entirely lined in old floral paper.
The lock doesn't work but there is a key that operates the opening of the door.
The marble top is faded in areas too, see photos.
A characterful piece of lovely proportions.
