A very charming wooden pencil case with a double storage space. The cover slides off and the top part pivots outwards to reveal a second storage. It also has a small ink pot holder. These were commonly used by schoolchildren in the early 20th century.
The word 'Plumier' on the front describes a storage case for fountain pens, pencils and other stationery. The back has some colourful handwriting by its previous owner.
