Interesting 3 tier shelf; each shelf features an embossed medallion of buildings in Strasbourg; the gothic cathedral, "Kaiserpalast", and the university.
Painted black, the top shelf has some rusting.
The shelves have iron uprights at each corner and topped with finals.
The unit is strong and sturdy. We found this one in Paris.
